Hey guys my cousin is having problems with the game idk what he is talking about but he said a small box appears in a diff language and he cannot runn the launcher do you guys know what this is and how to fix? Please tell me how so my cousin can play-

Im having the same prob... otherwise I can get it workin at times then it says Game Initialize Failed

mine just comes up for like one second and then just blips out of existance
