If you're a human then there's a Native just South of the last city in the starter zone. He has a quest where you have to kill like 16 evil chipmunks. Voila! Take your dragonballs to the platform by Kokkara village and make your wish! You automaticallly wish for a purple egg capsule thing, and when you open it you get a new outfit and something to sell for 10k... and maybe something else, can't remember.
