Okay. I'll try it. Maybe it could work for me too.

All you have to do is open up DBO_CT_TW, open up localize, open up TAIWAN, open up pack, and drag base.pak, lang.pak, lang0.pak, DBOCOM Language Patcher.exe, and readme.txt to your desktop or recycling bin. You won't be able to play with the English patch but you will be able to play the game. I hope it works for you. :)
