well if you look at what it say at the bottom, it is downloading something and I must assume it is a patch(s)...
so just do as you always do and launch ur game as an admin and wait till it download everything it needs to, I guess it will end eventually and u will be able to log in, if not, then u must look for help about the fact of updating the version because I dont know myself how to S: srry u,u... but with all I have read so far, it seems not so hard.

Hi guys
I just download and installed the game so far so good, Clicked the launcher and wait....but the Download bar is full and the data still going up....Like this:
DOWNLOAD ========================== 2733.65Mb/2048.00Mb O_o
PATCH _____________________________________ empty
Is this normal?

You have to run it as admin if you dont do that it keeps patching

wow men u DO have a real problem there o.O..... I hope maluriddle is right because he didnt paid attention of what you fully said, and if things go on like that, I hope not but... i think u should just uninstall and reinstall it u,u... but I hope this is just a mistake and that u could do something better than that... good luck man

well it seems It fixed my problem.......... I just reinstalled and change the directory, the launcher updated fine and the dragonball is clickable, as Im on my work and doing this remotely , I can't make real sure, but it updated fine :D
