Change your local to twain and make sure you extract EVERYTHING to localize\TAIWAN\pack
I have, and it doesn't translate that spot. I'm also having problems with after clicking start, it goes black screen, gives me the cursor, plays the music and doesnt show the game or anything at the log in page
