Could someone tell me where I can upgrade my old hoi poi stones for better ones? Some people have been telling me to talk to the armor upgrade vendor, but he has only one option, which is to upgrade armor/weapons.
Also, could someone explain to me what the Quest items are for? They are the items you see if you open up your quest log. They just sit there, I cannot do anything with them, and I do not even recieve them when the quest is done. One time one of the items was super saiyan hair.
The upgrade stone exchange feature isn't available in TW yet.
With the quest items in your quest log, they are used automatically used throughout your quests. Do not remove them or you will fail the quest it is used for.
