every time i open the launcher it opens then closes

go Start->Run -> then type -> dxdiag

paste here the information about your pc in order to see if it match system requeriments ( cpu, ram, graphic card, operating system..)

Always run as admin -.-
Also if you use english patch, run the patcher as admin too.
