The event for the third slot ended today (July 6th, 2011) at 11:59 am (est. time USA). So if you finished before then you should get one.

I thought the third slot was only for the third character to get lvl 30 then you get a prize. I didn't realize that it was a full part of the event to get third slot...guess i was wrong.
