I was able to do everything right and the file said Patch Completed, I repatched the Launcher fine, but when i came back into the game everything was still in Taiwan.

Hmm.. i think i has same problem than you have now.

This is location for patch "\DBO_CT_TW\localize\TAIWAN\pack"
Not "\DBO_CT_TW\pack"

assuming if you did everything right it would be working.

Makes sure you have it in the right folder it says which in the read me file cause i forget the exact location.

run as admin to patch your game then run the patch as admin then open the game normal (thats what i do never had problems)

You might have to unpatch and repatch your game tho

I put in the same right location, I done the patch and it worked fine, it said Patch Completed and that was run as administrator, I then ran the launcher as administrator and repatched it and still doesn't work :/

I have no idea what I have done wrong :P i need a full guide with pics to help me out or anyone to pick out any important things I should have done during the process
