The game is not the latest version of acquaintance re-Wan line update to the latest version.

Please run DBOLauncher.exe file to update the new version

If that updated the picture, try again

You two forgot to run the launcher as ADMIN

after u run it as admin it will patch it properly from the beginning then u can play
