I created this thread just for you guys to post who's your favorite character in the "Hairy Pottah" universe and why, and if you want to, discuss about the movies/books etc.
All right, me first.
Snape. Hands down.
He deserved a better ending, though.
Personally, I've always liked Dumbledore. A lot of the times, older characters in fictional works tend to be ignored simply because they're old. Dumbledore's a bit like a somewhat senile Obi Wan Kenobi, and it works. The fact that he's a little delusional makes him a genuinely interesting character, and not just a stereotypical mentor figure. I'm also pretty fond of Haggrid, because, like Dumbledore, he's nuts. I just find the fact that he tends to under-react to things anyone else would consider a monster hilarious. Snape's a pretty well-developed character too, though not my favorite. His fangirls make me want to keep my distance from him, however...
