I have a problem its when i try to go to the launcher (¤CÀs¯]Online) Its says alot taiwan letters and so dbolauncher it wont launch pls help me to play...

maybe because it is the taiwan version of the game? /facepalm

It says it for everyone, pretty much it mean you can't access the game because the servers are down. Also, read all the tutorials on the site for how to play etc, you too JayRez.

That i did for today its i downloaded it and i patched it to english 1.1.2 what more do i need to do ? and are this a popurlary game?

Anyways, when you're able to access the game, run it as Administrator every time you play so you don't patch over and over. And the game is popular in Taiwan and Korea, not yet in the US since it hasnt even been released or talked about here, other then on the internet.
