Hello guys!

I've just downloaded the Taiwanese version of DBO and installed , updated and so on.
I push the start button , GameGuard updates itself and everything is fine. When it finishes updating and DBO is about to start , I get this Pop up : "Creating the application is failed. Error code [183]"

It says that we are supposed to download and install MSXML 4.0 Service Pack 2, reboot your PC, open up your Launcher and hit the Update button.

I did all that but I still get the same error. Anyone got any ideas how to fix this?

Alright , I fixed it. Well , not completely "fixed" it myself ... but what I did was I uninstalled everything and deleted it. Then downloaded the Taiwanese Version from the Direct Download link instead of the Torrent one. But now I got a new problem xD. The launcher only goes up to Version 38 and, I click on Start , the Bandai logo and the second logo after that comes up then the game minimizes itself , a pop up with lots of Question marks and a meter pops up. I asume that it's the Crash pop up because I think it asks me if I want to send the errors to them or not. But it fails to get a connection to their servers and the game shuts itself down.
