Gather the 7 quest dragonballs.The dragon will give you a capsule with clothes the chip for dragonballs and some money.

This is a guide for the Korean version, its quite possible that the quests are not quite the same.Just keep digging in these quests and you should find them.

yes, but it seems that it doesn't work.....i open the scouter and there are only 2 options -> 1-check someones power lvl, and 2- quests, there isn't any option for the dragon balls....if anyone knows something about it pls let me know, thnx

After you add that chip to your scouter, the only thing you have to do is look at your minimap for db mobs. However, you will only see them during the weekend.
