i read online that this could be a maintenance issue, what do you guys think?

has anyone figured this **** out? ive been waiting for so called maintenance issue for 35 hours... and still...nothing, i realise that my patch is really far behind.. but the only way to update is through the launcherl... which doesnt wanna ****in open... im not given up on this game.. its too important.!@#@!#@!3
