Theres mutiple ways this problem can maybe fixed.

*Run on Adminstrator. (Mainly the problem for Windows Vista Users)

*Reinstall Game (Common Problem)

*Reinstall English Patch (If you downloaded it)

*Another problem could be that your using Windows 7 and need to fix it.
(I forgot the Topic which tells you how to fix it.)
