Lol i have none personally myself, when my hayfever first popped up a few years back now, i used the tablets like my parents, however i found them quite ineffective, i then moved onto the nasal sprays which worked like a freaking dream i couldnt believe it lol, but this year they are proving a little less satisfactory shall we say haha.
Anyways it was my own fault since i jinxed it, this year has been pretty good, and on the day i brag to my dad about how good ive been feeling, i get hit with it lol dammit
So yeah, tell me your experiences with hayfever and what you do to take it down a notch.
P.S my dad recently bought an air purifier, yet to see how effective that will be, and lying down ftw <.< damn runny noses
I get pretty bad allergies but no medications have every worked for me so in the past few years I just ignore it and deal with it. one year it was really bad though and by chance I found wearing sunglasses would lessen a flair up. I guess just filtering the light and wind from your eyes is enough to relieve the general sensitivity you probably have.
