The Riku army arrived inside the port faster than expected (which is great progression for a single chapter).

Also Franky is starting the party!!!! This is great, there 's even a very informative visual summary of Doflamingo pirates forces as a whole!!


Based on their positions in this war, the current status is:

Doflamingo: in the Palace

Vergo: killed

Monet: killed

Pica forces
Gladius
Buffalo
Baby 5

Diamante forces
Lao G
Machvise
Senor Pink
Dellinger

Trebol forces
Sugar
Violet
Jora


So Franky is definitely going to be fighting Senor Pink, Machvise, and Lao G. Think Delliger is on the way to the toy factory too.

Robin and Usopp are definitely fighting Trebol and Sugar (could use assistance from Riku army too.)

Violet betrayed the Doflamingo pirates, so her upcoming actions are unknown.

Jora's status is unknown, some think she was killed by falling into the water after the bridge collapsed,
but maybe Doflamingo helped her out.

Luffy, Zoro and Kinemon are likely going to fight Diamante, Pica, the Admiral and Doflamingo.

Then there's Burgess, Bartolomeo, "Lucy", and the upcoming 4th winner in the Coliseum (maybe Cavendish or Rebecca.)

Oh yea, Kinemon's samurai friend is held near/in the factory too, right? So maybe they will
help Usopp and Robin with their fights, though it would be impressive if Robin defeats at least one of them on her own, or at least a team up like how Usopp and Chopper defeated an Alabasta elite pair together. Ah Robin needs more worthy fights, but maybe Trebol will be Robin's primary opponent.

And we have yet to factor in "outside" enemies and allies that might join the upcoming battles. :)

Also based on how this chapter structures the Doflamingo family from top to bottom,
the subordinates could be based on tiers. So the higher ones could be stronger than the lower ones.
