One of the members of the DBOR Development team, made a far better unpacker, for dbo.

Hi everyone.

Like promissed I upload my very own pak extractor. I believe it to be faster and more user friendly than Citrinate's version but it was only thx to his info on the file structure that I managed to create this soft :) I am going to release it to the public if no one gives a good reason not to.

Donations are always welcome. Just drop a PM :D

Download : Click me!

This is version 1.0. It offers selecting a pak file and extract its content to the desired location. Next version will include model preview in real time and exporting models.

How to extract :

1. Select a pak file using the "File" menu and then open. You need to select an unnumbered pak file. Like "obj.pak" NOT "obj1.pak" etc. The reason is unnumbered pak files contain all the extraction rules.

2. Click "Process". It enables the "Extract" button.

3. Click "Extract". It will make you choose the destination for file extraction, like "C:\MyFolder" or anything you want. After selecting the directory and clicking ok it will automatically extract the files to the location and show you progress in the progress bar.

The DL link above takes me to a picture, and the hotfile link in his original post doesn't work as hotfile was shut down. Is there an alternate dl link? Thank you for your response

Thank you, that one worked. But im still getting a similar error, its saying something about x46.pak

Now that i thought about it, does the game have to be a certain language/region of the game for it to work?

Now that i think about it, are you using the TW or KR version?

if you're using Citintrates version to unpack the entire "pak" folder your unpack.txt

should look like this

/pack/terrain.pak
/pack/flash.pak
/pack/gui.pak
/pack/lang.pak
/pack/prop.pak
/pack/scr.pak
/pack/sound.pak
/pack/tbl.pak
/pack/tex.pak
/pack/obj.pak

also that error is looking for flash46 it only goes upto flash15

so possibly redownload the unpacker and run as admin?
