No, you get brown dragon boxes from webdepot or wagu machine, when you open it, it gives you a random dragon balls, i call them Tier 3 dragon balls, you can get all 7 Tier 3 and still able to get more Tier 3 and Tier 2 at the same tame, but you can only get 7 Tier 2, so bottom line, unlimited Tier 3 only 7 Tier 2 and Quest Dragonballs ...
