Okay.......I trie making a new character and i can't change the hair color...the skin face and hair style can be changed but not the color....why? I tried reinstalling but i still can't change it

It does matter it's his avatar and the way he wants it to be made and really who would want white hair.
Btw your not the only one that have this problem I go through it everyday too on my majin and human my hair is white and my legs are too.

I haven't heard of anyone getting this bug in years. If I recall it has something to do with your graphics card, try updating your drivers.

No it isnt a bug but your pc you need a new pc with a new graphic card go buy it and it will be fixed.

It's a bug caused by out of date hardware/software. Any thing that happens in game that was not planned by the development team is considered a "Bug". This falls under that category.
