Ok Citrinate may I suggest this ? This thread can allow everyone to report for the one we should beware of but not saying randomlly. If u want to report about anyone and you want your report can be trusted then you must have a picture prove and at least one mod comfirmed that him or her was the real scammer or hacker or at least 3 well know user on dbocom aggrement.If you have disaggrement from 1 mod or 3 well know user then you will get a 5 day ban from forum and if it repeat then the ban will be up . I hope you will listen to this and if you say yes then post here so we can use this thread from now on to be the house of truth to barrie the hackers. If you say no then just say no in here and close this thread. Ok ????

We be discussed this topic so many times . Personally I would enjoy to name and shame scammers but what does a scammer do ? They change accounts .. So you could call an innocent person a scammer who has simply bought the account . Not all people use this forum so there's no way to "punish" scammers as we have no power in game . As I said you could spam kill someone who had nothing to do with the original scammed account . And on a second note this forum will just make their own minds on who's a scammer ect anyway without listening to us . Ill close the thread so Cit will see it but let's stop this topic again

Depending on the type of event, evidence might be impossible to verify with 100% certainty and possible to fake. Even if this wasn't the case, I still wouldn't allow it because I see no value in calling people out. Lists of scammers only provide a false sense of security, as lists will always be incomplete and scammers have ways to hide their identity. If this is about helping people, then you should let them know how to safeguard themselves against the methods used by scammers & hackers.

Back when there was no rule against this, it also was never as simple as "this guy's a scammer, lets all outcast him", as the scamming tended to be a part of conflicts between groups. When someone was called out, that person's friends would defend them and justify his actions by claiming they themselves were somehow previously wronged. In some instances, the person being called out enjoyed the notoriety they received from having a thread devoted to them.

I agree with you here , I was a victim of false shaming back when i first started cause of will51 on KR ... everyone asummed i was him cause my name is will :/ and it's taken 2 1/2 years for me to deal with it until now it all stopped a year and a half ago
