I would't say Super Vanishing Ball for budokai because it has such a long introduction / cast time.
I would do Vanishing Ball level 2 for KD, that saves you the extra 3.
Intense Rage should be maxed for 6 Seconds CD.
Unbreakable Elastic level 2 for reflect.
And you need confusion, because at the end of the round like 2 or 3 seconds left (Most people use a senzu a like 1 second left) so apply confuse before it hits 2 seconds while their LP is lower than yours, and they can't heal. They can't even use LP Restores or anything, giving you the winning advantage of LP.
