I have downloaded the game but I double click it and I can't find the installing.. Do I extract or something what do I do to find it

no extracting just run the installation by right clicking it and run as adminis.. the installation should be in the download file or wherever ur downloads go to

i see it but when i click it. it takes me to the winrar folder it doesnt say run as admin just open
