Edit 2:
The problem seems to have been resolved. I can log in with all the new accounts I've created. I didn't have to do anything special.. just logged in!

Edit: For all those coming here, there seems to be an issue with new accounts. It seems multiple people are having this issue. Newly created accounts just don't seem to exist to DBO itself. No fix has been found that I know of yet. Sorry guys!

Hello all. This is a question not for myself, but for a friend. I have no friends in the game at all and I seem to have issues finding anyone who speaks English. I convinced my friend to play with me and walked him through making an account but when he tries to log in the game says his username does not exist.
So, I myself walked him through how to make an account and I've succesfully made one previously. I'm able to log in and everything. I even made it a full account and I've bought cash shop stuff and everything, so I think I know what I'm doing now. His account works on the Wasabii website just fine, and the online cash shop. The problem is when trying to log in to DBO itself. I even tried logging in on my computer which has no issues logging in to my account. No dice.
So after giving up trying to use his account, I then decided to make my own following the instructions again. This being my second time making an account, I figured it would work. I get to the login screen and nothing. It says, specifically (with the English patch): Username Confirmation, This account does not exist. Please verify that your username is correct.
DBO is allowed on both accounts, both can log in to the web site, neither can log in to the game itself.. I then created ANOTHER account and that has the same issue! I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Please help!

Same here. When I created a new account yesterday, I was not able to log into the game. I made sure to activate the game on the Wasabii website as well. Dragon Ball online is under the "已開通遊戲" tab which means it should be activated.

Okay, so I had to remake my account, which sucks a lot, in order to play. And I'm having the same issue. Made two accounts, even. Double/triple checked everything. Nothing seems to be working. In either account.

Nah, they never send confirmation e-mails, that's perfectly normal.

I just tried making one myself. You guys are right, there's something going on.
Says it's working, but it gives me the same error message as you, when I try logging on it with DBO.
I guess you'll have to wait it out, who knows, it might be fixed in a few hours. Don't lose hope!

Balls. I knew I should have started this whole thing a few days ago. Maybe it's a weekend off for them, or something.. even though they're a day ahead of us. I'll just try again through-out the day. Hope I get lucky. Thanks for checking for us, though~!

Wow this topic went places suddenly! It was dead for so many hours that I gave up.
So yeah, I did make sure it was "opened" on every account I made. Not sure what's going on but now that other people are confirming it, I guess maybe something is just going on that's not normal.
I wish I had a real answer to that. I thought maybe it would just work itself out over time but it hasn't. They still "don't exist".
