I need some help, or know if i'm not the only one with this error

Check on the window on the right...

With this error, I can´t open my bank... I try with the pet skill, changing channel, reinstalling the game... And is still the same...


Someone know how to solve it????

Try to open the bank with other character and if it opens then there is a problem with your character buy one more bank and try.

I already try with other character....
And i can´t buy one more bank i got all of them

unpatch the game, looks like some sort of english patch issue.

I don´t use any kind of patch >.<

I already contact wasabii, but i don´t know how long it will take to solve the problem...
I hope they solve this problem, even i don´t got full account >.<
