3.Playing a movie,anime with good story to get other stuff of your mind.
4. If all fail, vodka.
Umm ROFL im like the worst person for this i have something still on my mind since July of 2011 but after a while it just seems like whatever D: What i do is just look at the positive things in life D: Or just talk to my brother about it SOO talk to a family member maybe or Just do what primo said take long walks =3

Depends what's on your mind. If it's something that's putting you down then hate to tell you but alcohol is usually the best way. The other best way for something that's putting you down or anything in general is hanging out with your friends.
