I saw the npc event sells the start gift box, but it needs another item to change for it:



What item is and how i get it?

The new event involves a specific time slot to get items you need to trade in at the event merchant. Times are located on the latest patch notes and during these times, you are to kill mobs around the game dropping these special event coins. You then use these coins to purchase these said items.

the gift box is for anyone who no get the gift box when create a new character they gave that tickets to these characters

So where abouts can i find this NPC?

The problem is that my old char had that box, but it desapeard when i turned lvl 48...how i get it back?
