Am sure that many of you have watched the anime and have done reading the manga of GTO.
In year 1999 there was an movie about GTO.
In year 1998 there was an TV show about GTO.
All of these had great successes including the new GTO 2012 that was released last year.

It's an Japanese drama and am loving it. It's very similar to the anime has everything from comedy to fighting.

The 1st episode is not that good but everything after it is just pure awesomeness (for meh)

I loved watching the anime. Not really sure if I'd like this, but I guess I can give it a shot.

i love GTO anime it's on my top 5 animes but since when it's drama =o

It kinda did have its drama moments.

ya but it's actually more comedy every time i watch it make's me laugh so hard,it's basically typical regular anime life lol

Well, like nikolassj said, it's still very similar to the anime and has all the comedy and fighting in it aswell.
But of course, it would only be disappointing if it didn't.

Well i think that the anime came out after the TV show in the 90s....or something like dat.
The actors are really good at it. It has that anime feeling (the acting...u know xd). This Onizuka knows how to make my day~
Also it brings back memories of the anime which i haven't watched for years.

I most likely wouldn't watch this. I find the tv-show adaptions are never as good.

But I have watched the Anime. And I hear they're making a new manga of it as well end of this year.
