you need:
25 lvl (Tmq1) e.def jacket 10-12con
25 lvl (Tmq1) m.def jacket 10-12con
25 lvl (Tmq1) e.def jacket 10-12con
29 lvl gloves from quest
26 lvl resistance rings/necklace
26 lvl 8-10 CD earrings

If you go solo, then you need 2 Tmq1 sets (full m.def and full e.def).
