You can tell just by the image in the login screen. Your game isn't fully updated.

Add the launcher to your firewall/anti-virus exceptions and make sure you always run it as admin.

Outdated Version .. [ Probably Tw Right ? ]

Not Outdated Guys Dbo Automatically Updates Itself So It Can Be That.
First Uninstall Everything! Uninstall The Program And Delete The Dbo_CT_TW (That's How Mine Is) If You Are Using Taiwan Version Then Install The Program Again. After Your Done With That Get The New English Patch Release And Patch The Game Make Sure To Run The Program As Admin. Hope This Helped!

Chill out. He downloaded the game from another DBO forum I will not mention. It gives you a link to an outdated game that doesn't work anymore. Use the link from this forum. When you go to the home page and don't log in, a little robot tells you to click here for everything DBO. There you will get the link to download the working version of the game.

The launcher fails to update for people all the time. It's outdated. He needs to get the more recent client download.

It is outdated. He has version 1.53 but the updated version is 1.64

Your game is outdated as everyone here has said. Re-download your client or patch it (either through the launcher or manually update it using the simple patcher method).

The proper game version of the taiwan version is 1.57.37. Attempt to update then post here if you encounter any further problems.
