Just finished getting my last dragonball and after searching around I realise my panic at getting a capsule with clothes was supposed to happen. One difference I'm noticing is that all the videos, and threads show the people getting a scouter chip along with the clothes.... I've scoured my inventory and even my bank just in case it somehow wound up in there but there is no chip to be found anywhere.

Also I've read around a lot the the U button opens your scouter but it doesnt seem to to it for me. I can turn it on and off but I cant find any relevant keys in the options either on how to open it :/ HELp !

Do not worry, as all scouter chips were removed from the game. All of those videos are now outdated and the egg only should now contain the level 20 rare amour and the popo head with the coins.

To hunt for dragon balls you need to buy a scouter with the feature inbuilt into the scouter.

The scouter system was changed recently and you cannot open it up to scan with T anymore.
