I tried to update my DBO and it only stays at 1.57.29, I tried to reinstall but won't work, please help. When I try to update this is what shows up and the version stays the same.

You will probably have to reinstall the game. As far as I know, you need to remove the english patch every time there is an update to the game, or else this happens. Check out this guide for a walkthrough on solving update issues. Also, I recommend taking the advice in the guide about backing up your DBO folder BEFORE patching.

I think so... I'll try to reinstall this weekend and see what happens... but one question, how do I back up the file?

You can back up your "DBO_CT_TW" folder by simply copying and pasting it from your "Program Files" folder to any other place you have room (ie. external hard drive; some other folder on your PC; etc.).

Encountered the exact same problem and followed it step by step, any other ideas anyone?
