Ok, I need help downloading DBO Taiwan, I am using Windows Vista, And I download the downloader and it finshes download. Now, I click on the set up, However it will NOT pop up. The window will turn faded out and will say "Not Responding" And it will be stuck on that window and I won't be able to close it.
I really just need some help, Maybe a detailed instruction for Windows Vista on how to install.
Such As:
-Correct Links And What To Download ( I really don't care if it is a slow or fast download, But fast would be nice )
- After downloading whatever I need to, It'd be nice to give instructions on what to do next.
- Step by Step, And what needs to come first, Important First and Not-So Important Last.
EDIT: I even changed my system locale by going into control panel and set it to Chinese Traditional (Taiwan) But it still doesn't really help.

I think your pc or loptop is very slow you click the dbo setup right but its not apait and your folder is stuck just wait until the dbo setup pop up then install the game

Maybe your right...Maybe I am being inpatient? :P I'm waiting currently and it is loading and no white screen if I don't mess with it. It pops up Run as Administrator window and then popped Install Wizard thing now.
