10 cd (single effect) legend earring lv 26. ring 1 cd lv 30. rp chip, maybe just 5 rp. can fit on lv 26 scouter mudosa (310 power). i prefer using lp chip 433 LP (280 power), you can buy that chip with 52.000 mudosa points.

you can't use 1 cd ring lv 30. kid tournament max req lv is lv 29. alternative option, use 2 cd boss title (buy).
