Question while being bann from Public use of Forum

Ok while i was banned for 3 days i noticed something odd I was able to post in News/Updates isn't the considered Public and shouldn't I have not been able to comment in that?

We are aware of this issue and are currently trying to resolve it.

so you mean when you're banned you're not supposed to have posting access at all i thought they were just special areas which were an exception

You can not make threads or post on forums. You can i believe PM people and post on walls.

You can't post in the public forums but you still can post in your guild forums.

That's what I'm saying back when I was banned early this month I could still post in a few public sections, someone even commenters how are you posting here when you're banned
