Download the game from wassabi and install it , remove langue.0 pack from localize foleder and run as administrator launcher in local disk C , when it pachec run the game and login even if is chinees then quit and install english patch

Should we delete everything we have containing DBO? Or just keep, idk if this matters or not, just making sure

You don't need to remove the lang.0 pak from the folder. Once you get it to work, go to the lang.0 pak and right click, go to properties and click read only to un check it. Then run your english patch from your localized folder as admin.

I am just telling how it worked for me I have just moved lang0.pack from dbo folder to destkop

I tried logging in but a new message popped up i'm going to try again though

1. Move Lang0 Pack to desktop
or
2. Reinstall DBO and run launcher as administrator or reinstall and run the file "DBO.exe" as admin
As for the English patch
Go to localize- Taiwan- pack- Put patch items in the folder - Change lang0 pack out of "read only"- Save changes- run the patch as admin and it should work.
If not then I don't know what else to do
