I have uninstalled dbo at least 10 times now (i even used perfect uninstaller) and my launcher still won't update past 0.3.38 and the game won't update past 1.57.29 (1017) so can someone plz tell me what the hell I'm suppose to do to make it update (manual patching doesn't work either)..

Download the latest launched and try again. It could be your antivirus so disable that or make an exception for the dragonball folder and launcher. Don't forget to start it as run as administrator.

Everything u said already did it and still nothing..
btw i'm using windows 7 so i'm guessing that i should use xp innstead

Did you turned of antivirus for WHOLE install and patching process?

yes i have had my antivirus/firewall off while downloading and patching

What error pops up when you try manual patching?

I will have to check again but i think it has something to do with the program being out of date (the manual patch)or windows 7 is to advanced for it or something

so uhh.. can someone give me an up to date way to install and download the manual patcher (that guide from 2011 doesn't help very much) i'm going to try it again but differently this time..

Try to move lang0.pack from DBO folder to desktop (move not copy) and then run as admin launcher from DBO folder , it wotked for me
