I was trying to create an account on netmarble.jp in case dragonball is released on it there but i cant acces netmarble.jp can anyone tel me why that is?

Generally. I don't know if we're allowed to post proxies here, but if you google "Proxifier", thats a pretty good one. Doubt it's the best though. Keep in mind, Proxifier only allows you to use a proxy, you must still find a Japanese Proxy server to connect to with it.
