I went back and made some slight revisions to my build for my adorable potentially pretty tough character. Criticism is appreciated. Here are the two builds for comparison:

Old Build

New Build

I'm really starting to understand the importance of maximizing those ki attacks. They're pretty strong, but the Makankosappo takes too long to charge, though it does deal solid damage. If the level cap's raised with the next major patch, then I figure it won't kill met to max it out. For now, though, it's staying as is.

Staying a kid forever is unique. What's better : to have fun with the game as much as you can or to constantly bust your ass just to stay better?

It's just roleplaying, some people think that's the most fun thing to do in this DBO universe.
I rather have endgame pvp than roleplaying as a kid.

Well, yeah, I suppose it would be better to be an adult for PvP purposes, but I'm not much interested in PvP. My primary focus with the Korean release at the very least is to learn the ropes and experimenting with every skill availble on the base tree for Namekian Warriors is one way to do that. Plus, there's the matter that I happen to think little Namekians are just adorable. :3

Yeah, they can still transform. We had a thread on it a while back. You can bump it if you want.
