before 2 or 3 days the game was working correctly and i was disconect from the game
and now when i try to connect i write my name and password and the game do nothing

What error are you getting on the accounts that are not working? Is it the red and yellow chinese text?

Not long ago I was getting something similar on my laptop. It is a program problem. My desktop accounts worked fine. Uninstall is from the control panel, delete the game folder, and any shortcuts you have made. Re-download it again, torrent if possible. When you run the set-up, run it as Admin. Once set-up is complete, run launcher as Admin. It takes forever to download, patch, download, patch, download, you get the picture. Once complete, click start and log in to see if it works. I'm sure you know all this cause like everyone else, you probably did this 100 times like the rest of us. Let me know. I'll try everything I know to do to get you back playing.
