If you have gathered the Dragon Balls and make it at last with a DW at level 40 it will be a waste to learn him Great Namek??Or it is better to learn him the CON buff or something else?

First you should wish CON Dragon buff, then the Great namek, then Focus Dragon buff and then what you want (Soul DB for example, or HTB2).

why con buff? it's only for dungeons... dragon buffs are sucks! look if you want to do dungeons and missions take great namek 1st
