I need help figuring out where exactly to train. Please don't tell me to do any quests as I don't have many friends on this game (I rarely see in game characters who are from DBOCOM around my level). So like what mobs are good for my level to I guess grind my way though :).

Do normal quest's, more fast to past lvl.

The thing is these quests are quite hard (I'm going up against the RP army) and I don't have party of people around my level so. Yeah.

You have many quest's easy in your lvl, i never finish RP dungeon xD

It's not the RP dungeon, its like I have to go to their camps and take them down, but I usually end up having 5+ mobs coming after me :/.

infamous man,if you wanna grind,grind yellow mobs,but i suggest when you run out of quests do tmq1.If you are lvl 25 you could get in party,so thats the best choice.

Yellow mobs, you mean like the mobs that appear yellow on the minimap?

i mean the ones when you see him he has name with yellow letters:D(MOB OF YOUR LVL:D )

Right, I remember being Lv.25 (Currently Lv.28 atm) I just stuck to grinding a bit like what venom said, mobs your level. Eventually you'll get to the point in being able to take down RP Camps, it's tough cause well yeah, those boomerang pigs alert no matter what level you are, and then the boxing cheetahs are just as annoying. >.> I would say Wolves or in the south east of the map, look for the hippos/rhino looking mobs they're good xp especially when there's bonus xp going on.
