at 30 do you get a reset skill book or do you have to buy it from cash shop ?

i think you have to buy it from auction house or cash shop because everyone got that when there was a event ^^

unfortunately only by buying it.the new ones are chepear though, you can buy skill books to reset 1 sp , 5 sp , 10 sp or everything.Ill buy the 5 sp one.
