Squares/rectangles: I see nothing but squares and rectangles what to do?

just reinstall the english oatch should be fine

Listen u dont have taiwanese language pack, get ur windows cd than go to settings>regional and language settings, there should be something to add east asian languages.
Click it, it will ask for CD than insert it than install it and u r done.
