All you have to do is download a DBO setup file and save it,If DBO gets an error,just uninstall it COMPLETLY without any trace,this is how, http://www.dbocom.com/forum/showthread.php?p=224395
then just use your DBO setup file and install,Simple and done.
(The only downside is you have to download RTP files depending how old the setup file is)

i thought that was a given every now i update the setup so so it wont patch so often when i have to reinstall
