ok plasma and turtle are the best PVE AoE classes

what are the biggest differences?

why should i pick a turtle or a plasma??

Turtles - Have an aoe stun, aoe debuff, do really great damage with their kamehamehas, have a 450 hitrate buff + 21%(? i forgot how much e.crit damage the skill gives) energy crit buff.

Plasmas - can maintain kaioken much easier, have a 150% energy reflect buff, have a 15 cooldown and 42 dex buff, have higher base LP then a turtle, aoe confuse and a skill the negates all types of stuns + fear but puts the plasma out of use. So when the plasma uses the skill electrical discharge the whole party is immune to stuns but the plasma has to be standing still while using this skill and cannot use any other skills.

whats more needed in PVP and PVE?

Solo PvP (1v1) - Turtles are better (especially female turtles),plasmas are pretty bad when it comes to 1v1 compared to the rest of the other classes.

Party PvP (5v5) - its hard to say, both are pretty good but plasmas are better due to their quick aoe knockdown + aoe confuse. Turtles are good too with their aoe stun, super and giant kamehamehas and aoe debuff.

With PVE it depends really. I would say plasmas probably are better in CC dungeon when it comes to the higher floors (50+) but turtles also are good for pve circumstances too. It depends on the party and if they want a turtle or plasma lol.
