Hey guys, i've just noticed this game was able to be played now by any country, i have downloaded everything, installed everything patched everything and english patched everything, but i have encountered a problem T.T so here it is:
After opening the game as in i pressed open as administrator, the screen goes black (As in the game is opening) but all of a sudden a
C++ error shows up...

at the bottom if i press Ignore , it shows up same thing, if retry it takes me to other windows where i agree and continue etc it comes up with a DBO Client(DBO_CT_TW Release) window
and at bottom there are two options, everything is written in question mark
so at bottom there is a button with ?? ?? , and right of it is ??, so i press the one with 4 questionmarks, it does some sort of a connection check etc and this what it comes up with...
?? ??? ???? ???????.
An Existing connection was forcibly closed
by the remote host.
(Note: this is my work laptop, and some sites are blocked, i play lots of other games on it like C9,
RaiderZ, etc etc, and they all work fine...
PLEASE HELP :(
Edit: i've already tried, Replacing the lang files, i've tried majority of the tips given here, tried not using launcher, and launch DBO.exe through admin, but when i replaced the lang0 file with the one suggested to be downloaded, the file path changed which the error appears in, but still had a Debug assertion error :(, tried also running without english pack, still same **** :/, not trying to re install
- i've re instaleld it, and without updating anything i simply opened DBO.exe through admin, and game opened, now trying to update and see what happens...
