what if the fighter focus in energy crit

Then that is a fail fighter, because no matter if your build is energy or not you still will not be able to deal enough damage to an SK, not to mention SKs have life absorb skill and curse. Energy attacks that fighters have are weak. They still wouldn't be able to crit him, because 99% anti crit works for both types of skills, both physical and energy.
