when i try to open the launcher, it says, "the program cant start because PATCHW32.dll is missing from your computer"...

Did you check to see if it was really missing believe you go into the main folder and head to the bottom it should be there if not you can go to dbo/wasabii.tw/index and download the game again believe it should be client version 1.57.21 and reinstall and download the last 2 update I'm in the process of that right now kinda taking a while but hoping it will be worth it

Does the launcher come up at all cause if it does and before you would hit start click the top button on the bottom right to unpatch and then try and repatch it also could attempt manual patch or if it is patched but just won't start I have heard you can open the game with dbo.exe but always run game which ever way by first right clicking and select run as admin
